As one of Hollywood’s most health-conscious stars, Jennifer Aniston revealed how she always makes sure she’s stocked up on snacks that are good for her body.
In a recent interview, Jennifer Aniston revealed her snacks of choice when she’s on the go. Aniston is known for her healthy lifestyle, and she says that she always tries to have healthy snacks with her when she’s traveling. Her favorite snacks include hard-boiled eggs, fruit, and nuts. She also always makes sure to drink plenty of water, which is essential for keeping her skin looking its best. By making smart choices about her snacks, Aniston is able to maintain her health and beauty even while she’s on the go.
Jennifer Aniston is perhaps the coolest girl in Hollywood.
While promoting her Vital Proteins & Jennifer Aniston Bars, the former Friends cast member revealed her daily eating habits and revealed her ultimate snack hack.
Right before a workout, I eat a small piece of a bar, then another small piece after that and I’m completely satiated by lunch. If I’m driving all day, it’s usually my cooler in the car, and I eat it on the way home so I’m not so hungry that I just eat crap or eat too much.
In addition to her protein and collagen bars, which she helped develop, the 53-year-old also keeps chilled water and vitamins in her on-the-go cooler.
“The cooler came about because I learned my lesson,” she explains. “When you live in California, you get your bar, open the package and it’s like a melted Easter gone wrong.
She added, “I’m a bar guy, I love protein bars. It’s great to have something you can put in your pocket and just have for the day.
In addition to her healthy takeaway habits, Jen says her wellness routine starts with meditating every morning
“You can meditate anywhere, but I usually do it as soon as I wake up,” she explains. “I just put my feet on the floor and sit in front of a little altar. When I’m out and about, I just find a place to do it. And even if it’s just five or 10 minutes, I just have to do it.”
The Morning Show star “loves Pilates right now” and says it’s “much easier” than some of her other strenuous workouts.
“I just try to listen to my body because sometimes my body says let’s run, let’s do 45 minutes of cardio, and then I try to vary it,” she continued. “I love Pilates because I feel like I get a lot of bang for my buck, because it’s kind of a meditative experience that I’m having.
“Vital, it’s vital, honestly,” she said, “It really is.”
